United by Passion
A community in the Philippines joined by all other Filipinos around the globe inspired by the strong compelling
desire to promote responsible pet ownership, united to highlight what we believed the genuine sense of
a pet website. Distinct from many other sites which we classify as market for pets, business haven, egoism,
insensitivity and many other kinds of selfishness. The word passion unites our affections, our care,
our enthusiasm, our kindness and our gifts to those famously called pet animals... but we in this site call them
friends or member of our families.
We are individuals who share the same sentiments and passion with dogs and other pets: promoting animal
welfare, respect to animals, againts any kind of cruelty, educating all pet owners and protecting dogs and other pets
from being the abused "object of commerce". We believe all animals - from your pet to the less fortunate and
homeless animals - should be loved and cared for during their lifetimes. We also represent and support those who are
working to end the exploitation and suffering of animals, and those who celebrate and strive to further and appreciation
of the human-animal bond through training and education. We make this pledge, our commitment to the welfare of animals.
This site is the shelter for real friendship and home for all who possess the true heart for pets.
Our Mission
To serve the community through innovative approaches of spaying/neutering, sheltering/adopting thru proper
rehoming/placing or support of animals and public education about animal welfare.
Part of our Mission is to help enrich and lengthen special relationships between people and their pets. as caring individuals,
we are dedicated to helping themselves and others to better understand the connection between human and pets and
all other animals. we strives to ensure a lifetime of loving care for every pet by reducing overpopulation, increasing adoption,
and fostering humane values.
Components of our Mission include:
Education:
- To encourage and promote responsible pet ownership
- To foster a public sentiment of humanity and gentleness toward animals
- To raise public awareness of animal issues
Spay/Neuter:
- To support spay/neuter incentives and/or clinics
- To break the cycle of pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs for all animals
Support/Adoption:
- To support refuge, medical care, nourishment to homeless animals and/or less fortunate.
- To support an opportunity for a second chance for life to homeless animals through adoption
- To support the protection of animals from cruelty, neglect, carelessness and ignorance
- To partner with veterinarians and all other animal welfare advocates to support help for homeless animals
Community/Government/Media Interface:
- To serve as advocates for animals in local media
- To serve as advocates for animals with local government
- To serve as advocates for animals with local communities
Our Vision
This community may not be the best out there but we strive to be different - a healthy, friendly, selfless community
through compassionate care of animals and friendship. We envision the objectives or intentions of this site as model to the rest of the society.
And to best promote, through our members, the highest level of well-being for pet animals and to support the human-animal bond.
